Historic Home

120 South Tarver Ave, Lebanon, TN 37087

This charming Colonial Revival c.1921 home, in the Cumberland Historic Preservation District, offers spacious modern living in a completely restored historic home.

This unique 2810 sq foot home is the best of both words. All the modern conveniences in a home built in the early twentieth century.

Located at 120 S Tarver in Lebanon. TN, the home is just around the corner from Cumberland University. The house is within walking distance to the public library and various restaurants and cafes.

Lebanon TN is located approximately 30 miles east of Nashville. The city of 52,200 offers easy access to I-40 and S.R. 840. Lebanon has a small airport and is 20 miles east of Nashville International (BNA).

Originally built for Ms. Annie McClain, one of the first licensed RN's in Tennessee.  The home was designed by architect George D. Waller. The original blueprints and scope of work created by Waller survive. They show the care and detail that went into the design. In our restoration, we worked hard to maintain the original character of the home while updating it for life in the 21st Century.

This was a complete restoration. Original details include refinished oak wood flooring, staircase and banister, mantel and surrounding tiles, six-inch cedar siding, and front porch columns were retained.
